A major renovation to update this characterful colonial property gave it modern appeal and capitalised on its commanding views.

The substantial work carried out by Harnett Builders included replacing the roof, adding dormer roofs to the upstairs, and new window joinery throughout. An interior reconfiguration created a more modern open plan kitchen, dining and entertaining area with uninterrupted views of Russell township and the water beyond.
