Four luxurious and spacious 2-bedroom apartments, each one completely unique, were created from the shell of an old upper floor commercial block in the Whangārei CBD.

Originally housing a hairdressers, an accountancy firm and other office space, the interior of the building first had to be completely gutted. After this process, all that remained were the well-built external walls, concrete columns and original floor with hardwood and steel beams.

The rebuild of four apartments of approximately 100m2 each was completed with direct involvement from the owners. Their individual specifications for the modern, open plan interiors were accommodated to create four truly unique spaces, each complete with its own car park and storage area.
